I provide a holistic, integrative approach in working with clients achieve their personal goals for healing and change by building a relationship based on empathy, trust, and care. As an integrative therapist, I aim to promote healing that takes account of the entire person (body, mind, and spirit) including all multiple aspects of life that factor one’s well-being and pathway to happiness. I offer my services in a safe, comfortable and supportive environment, where I utilize a personalized approach tailored to each client’s individual needs in an effort to help them attain personal growth. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I hold my Doctorate and Masters degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in Irvine, California. Additionally, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from University of California, Irvine. My clinical experience and training includes Family Assessment Counseling and Education Services, Women’s Transitional Living Center, and UC Irvine Child Development Center. I have experience in individual, couples, family, and group therapy, along with court mandated assessment and therapy for child custody conflicts, domestic violence, and substance abuse. I have worked with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues that include depression, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, grief and loss, abuse and trauma, life developmental issues, career coaching, parenting support, and more. My clients and I have enjoyed using integrative therapies such as mindfulness meditation, and creative means of expression such as music, art, and poetry.
