Psychotherapist

I help individuals and families navigate trauma, perinatal mental health challenges, anxiety, anger, grief, and life transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence. If you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in painful patterns, or unsure how to move forward, you don't have to face it alone. I provide a steady, compassionate space where healing feels possible, growth feels attainable, and meaningful change can take root. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Georgia, Colorado, Utah, and Virginia. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Human Services with a concentration in Family and Child Services from University of Phoenix and my Master of Social Work from Capella University. In addition to my licensure, I hold the Perinatal Mental Health Certification, am a Board Certified-TeleMental Health Provider and Human Services-Board Certified Practitioner through the Center for Credentialing and Education, and maintain credentials as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Certified Grief Specialist. These advanced credentials allow me to provide specialized, clinically sound care while maintaining a deeply compassionate and relational approach. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral strategies, strengths-based interventions, attachment-informed care, and practical emotion-regulation skills. I am particularly passionate about supporting women and parents during the perinatal period, as well as individuals carrying unresolved trauma that continues to impact daily life. I also work with clients who feel they must “hold it all together” for others while quietly struggling themselves.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
