Getting to know Porsha Jackson

Reaching out and contacting a therapist is a big step, an accomplishment, and a sign of growth in itself. In our work together my hope is to foster a healing environment where you are able to ask questions, learn, and grow. Life can be hard and has a way of throwing many curveballs at us and I aim to provide a supportive and safe therapeutic environment for you to navigate life’s challenges, building a trusting working relationship with respect, empathy and collaboration. My focuses include stress and anxiety, grief, relational concerns, trauma, and esteem.

What should a new client know about working with you?

After booking you will receive an email shortly from our therapy team email with a required Consent Form. You need to complete this in the time frame specified prior to the appointment or we will ask to reschedule. I accept most managed Medicaid and Essential insurance plans under Fidelis, Healthfirst, Optum Community Oxford UHC. I also accept most BCBS federal plans.
