I grew up on a small farm in MS..I had anxiety and bouts of depression throughout my life. I used alcohol and drugs as an escape. I became addicted and was saved by a treatment center at age 25. I have been clean and sober for over 34 years. I have over 25 years of experience helping clients with mental health and addiction issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
