What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions and discuss your challenges. We will select the issue that is most impacting your life. Depending on the issue or issues, we will explore your life overall and what coping strategies/skills you currently have and use. From there, we will develop a plan to help you navigate this situation, develop additional coping or communication strategies, and implement strategies in follow-up sessions.
