I am licensed in New Jersey and hold certification in play therapy (Registered Play therapy). I am trained in trauma focused therapy, Gottman method and somatic approaches.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that clients are expert of their lives but sometimes they get lost. I provide therapy sessions that are focused on clients' needs and how can I best help them bringing their life on track. I connect with people using effective listening skills .I use person centered approach & educate my clients with neuroscience so that they can understand and learn to address their problems effectively.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I work with clients who struggle with depression or anxiety related to their relationships or family. During initial sessions, we will delve deeply into issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within first few sessions and sustained improvement thereafter.
