What should a new client know about working with you?
I hold a Doctorate Degree in Counselor Education and Supervision and I am a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). I am a certified Integrative Mental Health Professional and a certified Mental Health and Nutrional Clinical Specialist. In addition, I am certified in neuropsychotherapy, and Trauma Therapy. I have extensive professional experience using DBT with children & adults with relationships issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, & parent coaching. I worked in residential, hospitals, private practice, supervision, parenting education, couples, family and substance use therapy.
I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Trauma, and Depression within Children, Adolescence Adults, and Parenting Education/Coaching.

I work with culturally diverse clients using neuroscience, nourishment, music, art, role-play and play therapy. I have an integrated style of counseling which allows me to help clients receive individualized treatment. Using this approach accommodates each client’s learning style and perceptions as they go through their process at their own capacity.
