“She is great because she takes the time to listen, but to also gives great solutions to any issues. She’s also very professional but still very warm and funny. It feels like a facetime call with a friend who always knows what to say”

Getting to know Princess Roshell-Gahan

Hi, I'm Princess! Do you ever feel overwhelmed, like you have a million things to take care of but aren't sure where to start? Are you struggling to juggle your relationships, work, or even finding time for yourself? Together, we can work to find solutions that help you manage your symptoms. Most clients I've worked with feel shame or disappointment about their struggles. I'm here to let you know that it's okay to feel that way. You know yourself better than anyone else, and it's time to put yourself first for once. It's okay to ask for help. Many people face challenges, and you are not alone. Reaching out can feel daunting, but know that you're taking an important first step toward becoming the best version of yourself-the one you know you can be. I earned my Bachelor's and Master's in Social Work from Middle Tennessee State University, and I look forward to working with you!

What should a new client know about working with you?

Our first session together will just be us getting to know one another. This is your time to let me know what are some goals that you have for yourself. What changes do you want to see in yourself within the next couple of weeks? You can share as much or as little about yourself as you'd like. Sometimes I may provide homework or resources/tools that could be beneficial to you at the end of sessions. We'll check back on the goals that were set as we continue sessions and see how you're doing.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
