What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide weekly video teletherapy to adults at least 18 years old who are looking to build a life that is no longer based on feelings. I am an empathetic motivator who will partner with you to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. People can expect to walk through the pain at their own pace towards building a vision for a return to the life they now have after loss. This walk through pain is not for the faint of heart. I will encourage, challenge and hold you accountable.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Learning about your life story, who you are, and your central challenges helps to inform the map we will create for where you want to go from here. We begin with this information in our first session to correctly diagnose and develop treatment. The number of treatment sessions will depend on your need and context. I offer private, individual, video teletherapy using evidence-based approaches customized to your situation.
