I know that for many of us, this opportunity is not always available, and numerous challenges can prevent us from feeling fulfillment, happiness, or stability. These struggles can cause immense distress, often manifesting as anxiety, depression, panic, or a general feeling of being lost among other complex emotions. Counseling can help provide clarity and support you in creating and working toward goals that lead to happiness and optimism about life overall-you just have to reach out. Individualized focus and care, where your needs come first, is what you will find in my practice. Since 2008, I have been privileged to work with individuals and families, with a specific interest in anxiety, trauma, mood disturbances, and family changes such as divorce or separation. I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing anxiety and trauma. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. I feel a true sense of fulfillment in counseling that allows me to dedicate myself fully to helping you lead a meaningful and fulfilled life. You don't need to cope with this alone. You are not alone-reach out to someone.

I have been seeing Puja off and on for several years, and I truly don’t know where I would be without her. She has helped me through some of the toughest times of my life with compassion, insight, and genuine care.
