With years of experience serving individuals and families across Southeast Louisiana, I help clients feel better, think more clearly, and heal more fully. In addition to my clinical work, I am an adjunct professor and regularly present at regional and state professional conferences. Outside of my professional roles, I’m a veteran’s wife and mother of two—including one neurodivergent child. Originally from Virginia, I’ve proudly called Louisiana home for over a decade. I have extensive experience helping adults across all stages of life navigate major transitions, heal from traumatic experiences, and develop effective strategies for managing complex family dynamics. I particularly enjoy working with leaders and caregivers, including CEOs, executives, upper management professionals, active-duty military personnel, veterans, emergency dispatchers, and adults over 50 who are caring for others. I am especially passionate about supporting people who carry significant responsibilities. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim.
