I have many years of experience working with individuals and families in inpatient, outpatient, and school mental health treatment. Over the years, I have honed my skills and expertise to effectively address women's issues and anxiety within the BIPOC communities. I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for women to enhance their mental well-being. My approach I use an evidence based approach to teach you mindfulness and cognitive tools to help achieve healthier thoughts and behaviors.
