Adjusting to life's challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or trauma. It can seem impossible to manage the weight of these struggles on your own, but the good news is that you don’t have to face them alone. I’m here to support you, help you build the tools you need, and guide you on a path to healing and lasting change. Originally from North Carolina and now providing services in Pennsylvania, I bring a warm, southern hospitality approach to therapy that allows me to connect with clients in a compassionate, down-to-earth manner. I’ve been professionally dedicated to mental health since 2017, working primarily with adolescents and young adults who are seeking to overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. My experience spans multiple settings, including residential counseling, before-and-after school programs, and outpatient and partial hospitalization care. I’ve worked with children and teens who’ve experienced significant trauma and are focused on family reunification, as well as individuals in recovery from substance use and mental health struggles. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, using a trauma-aware lens to help clients identify thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and build resilience. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, or stress, I offer a personalized approach that meets you where you are and empowers you to take meaningful steps toward your goals. My approach is client-centered and grounded in compassion, ensuring that you feel heard, supported, and motivated every step of the way. I believe in empowering clients not only to address mental health struggles but also to find the tools, support systems, and strategies that lead to lasting change. You don’t have to navigate this journey on your own – I’m here to help you take the first step toward healing and authentic transformation.
