I am a Certified Trauma Professional and Trainer, as well as EMDR trained, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide clients toward healing and growth. I have extensive experience working in both clinical and child welfare settings, helping clients overcome the negative impacts of trauma and fostering healthier family dynamics. My approach to therapy focuses on understanding the individual’s lived experience while recognizing that our behaviors often serve as protection mechanisms. I strive to create a space of safety and trust where clients can explore their challenges and work toward their goals in partnership with me. As a Christian, I meet each client with care, consideration, and respect for their unique beliefs and backgrounds.
