What should a new client know about working with you?

You must complete initial paperwork to have an appointment confirmed. This includes completing the insurance verification process through my biller: Headway. This could take up to 48 hours but is often much less.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a billing company to verify and process insurance use. You must complete my entire "intake packet" which includes going to the billing company website and complete their forms (less than 15 minutes in most cases) Appointments through Zoc Doc will be confirmed after this process is satisfactorily completed. This may take up to 48 hours so kindly make your appointment requests reflect that need. A fee agreement and consent for treatment form must be completed at booking.
