I believe healing begins with having a space where you feel safe, accepted, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create that space for you; one where you don't have to hide parts of yourself or face life's challenges alone.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply rooted in understanding what happened to you, not just treating the symptoms you're experiencing today. I believe our past shapes how we see ourselves, others, and the world around us. Together we'll gently explore those experiences to help you better understand your patterns and create lasting change. I am trained in EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to your unique needs while helping you feel more connected and empowered in your daily life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Before joining Feelings Forward Wellness, I spent many years working at a domestic and sexual violence agency, supporting survivors through some of life's most painful and complex experiences. That work deepened my belief in the incredible resilience people carry, even when they struggle to see it themselves. I strive to meet every client with empathy and curiosity. I strive to honor your story while helping you reconnect with your strengths and move toward the life you want to build. I would love the opportunity to connect with you!
