I am a Therapist who specializes in a variety of areas. I believe in reality-based approaches and client-friendly approaches to help clients start their healing journey. I believe in a very gentle approach and meeting clients where they are at. I don't believe in diving right into issues, but being empathetic and patient with clients and their healing process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I want clients who are either open to the idea of working on their selves or fully ready to work on their selves. I am flexible and very transparent. My introduction to the world of counseling and mental health started when I was 14 years old. There was a person in this field who I believe saved my life, and I am forever grateful. After witnessing her dedicated work in my life, I knew I wanted to be a part of something great to help others.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I help clients set realistic goals that are obtainable and start with small steps. I tell clients about myself and who I am. Then the floor is open for clients to start wherever they feel comfortable.
