What should a new client know about working with you?

I provide a direct approach, without sacrificing compassion to individuals, families and couples. My approach is tailored to meet your needs as the client, and I view our work together as collaborative and partnership. I believe that one level of the self should never be the focus of clinical attention to the exclusion of another.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use a multi modal approach in therapy sessions, which guides me to determine the most effective technique for each individual. I ensure clients have a safe place in which to share their concerns without judgement. In addition, I place importance on comfortability for clients while bringing laughter into each session. We focus on the past and present issues in order to create a more positive future. My hope is that clients feel safe to share openly in a non-judgmental environment and take away a fresh perspective on their challenges as well as new means of coping.
