Hello, I'm Rachael, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience in Indiana. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, and various other mental health challenges. I've also supported many individuals who have experienced different types of trauma, from the pain of death and divorce to the scars of physical or emotional abuse. My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. I strive to create a safe space for people to share and reflect. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, the Adlerian approach, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Together, we will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
