What should a new client know about working with you?

If your mind works a little differently, whether you're neurodivergent, deeply creative, or raising a child who sees the world in their own way, you won't need to translate yourself here. I'm not interested in fitting you into a mold. I'm curious about how you think, feel, and experience the world, and we'll build from there. You're welcome to show up exactly as you are. Fidget, doodle, pace, keep your camera off for a bit, take a pause to find your words, or bring in a song, sketch, or journal page if it helps you say what's hard to say out loud. Some of our best work may happen in unexpected ways, and that's welcome. For parents, I know how much it takes to advocate for a child, hold your own needs, and keep the household running, especially when you may be recognizing parts of yourself in your child along the way. Our time together can be a space that's just for you, where you can make sense of it all without judgment. Please note that I do not prescribe medication. If medication might be helpful, I'm glad to talk it through with you and coordinate with a psychiatrist or other prescribing provider.
