What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use CBT, motivational interviewing, and a holistic approach to create sessions that fit your unique needs—helping you gain insight, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with your authentic self. I currently offer telehealth and in-person sessions starting 2026. If you're ready to begin or even just explore therapy, I’d be honored to walk with you.
