Rachael Wade, LPC Associate

Psychotherapist
TX
I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating the real, everyday challenges of mental and behavioral health, whether that’s anxiety, emotional regulation, neurodiversity, or life transitions. I am a Texas-based LPC Associate and doctoral candidate specializing in integrated behavioral and mental health care. What that means for you is a holistic, collaborative approach that looks at the full picture; not just symptoms, but your experiences, environment, and goals. My work goes beyond diagnosis. I help clients and families gain clarity, build practical skills they can actually use, and develop the confidence to move forward with intention. The provider is supervised by Marcel Gamboa, LPC-S.

What should a new client know about working with you?

We provide compassionate, person-centered, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. We recognize and celebrate the strengths and differences of every individual rather than focusing solely on deficits or challenges. Specific modalities and techniques are selected based on each client's presenting concerns, age, and clinical needs. We will discuss our recommended approach with you during the intake process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Getting started is simple. We will schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and determine whether we are a good clinical fit. Your first session is a clinical intake appointment, during which we will gather a thorough history, discuss your goals, and begin developing a personalized treatment plan.
