Hi, I’m Rachel, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in New Jersey. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Ramapo College of New Jersey. As a clinician, I have worked with children, teens, and young adults facing mental health challenges and life stressors. In addition to my private practice, I work as a Child Study Team social worker at a public high school in Bergen County, NJ, which gives me daily insight into the realities and pressures adolescents face today (yes, I speak Gen Z)!

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is centered on helping clients explore the roots of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in order to create meaningful and lasting change! Through building self-awareness and developing effective coping skills, I empower my clients to feel more confident and capable in managing life’s challenges.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first few sessions, you can expect to share your background, experiences, and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll build a safe, supportive connection where you feel seen and heard.
