Psychotherapist

A warm welcome! You deserve compassionate care—no matter what you’ve been through or how you’ve coped. I work with individual adults who are navigating challenges such as grief, anxiety, and trauma. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, focusing on exploring your thoughts and feelings while setting goals that are meaningful to you. When you feel ready, I invite you to reach out. Safe, supportive relationships have the power to heal, foster growth, and help you reconnect with yourself and others. My approach My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a structured therapy designed to help people heal from the emotional distress associated with traumatic experiences. EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming or disruptive in the present. I also incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which supports the development of skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance. In addition, I take a Humanistic/Person-Centered and attachment-oriented approach when working with you. We often explore how the therapy relationship itself and important relationships in your life are affecting you. Exploring these relationships can be a powerful part of the healing process. My focus Is it hard to put your pain or experiences into words? Maybe you've faced overwhelming grief or loss, or you're carrying painful memories that just won’t fade. Perhaps your mind feels stuck in overdrive, constantly imagining the worst-case scenario. If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place. I work with adults navigating anxiety, grief, loneliness, internal conflict, and trauma. I also believe in the importance of understanding our attachment wounds and how they can affect our relationships.
