“It's hard to explain just how revolutionary working with Rachel has been. I am so proud of the work we've done together and the person I have grown into over the past 2 years working with her. Not only has it been an incredibly safe and secure place to talk, but I've been given valuable tools, feedback, and encouragement to inspire growth. When I first started and Rachel told me it was possible to become a secure person with myself, relationships, and career, I wasn't sure I could believe it, but now when I look back, I see how far I've come and I have my work with Rachel to thank. She's always learning new skillsets or tools to bring to her practice as well, which I love. I always feel heard and genuinely cared for. I look forward to therapy because I know I'll not only feel a sense of healing and relief, but because I feel one step further in my goals with the person I am becoming. It's been truly healing and empowering. ”

Getting to know Rachel Brandwene

Trauma and anxiety can leave us feeling broken, damaged, and disconnected from our true selves. You may be fed up with feeling overwhelmed throughout the day, isolated from friends who don't understand, or unable to set and maintain boundaries that put you first. You may not even remember a time you didn't feel this way. Either way, one thing is for sure: you're ready for some relief. You're ready to enjoy deep and loving relationships without your past getting in the way. You're ready to create more confidence around your needs. Most of all, you're ready to love yourself again and to face your future with a sense of hope. As an experienced trauma and anxiety therapist, registered yoga teacher, and somatic healing specialist, I can help you use the wisdom of your body to create new experiences in your healing process. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's degree from Florida State University, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. You don't have to continue feeling broken and in pain, and you don't have to do it alone.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients come to me looking for someone who “gets” their experiences on a deeper level. Therapy should be a place where you feel seen & heard. Sessions are about more than just talking; we incorporate the body into the healing process so you can finally feel free. And we always go at your pace, never pushing to places you don’t feel ready to be.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Join me each week to enhance your personal and professional life and get the support you need. Together we will develop a plan to guide you towards transformation and emotional regulation. Your relationships will expand and you will gain a self care toolbox to succeed and flourish.
