I will come alongside and work collaboratively with you on individualized and self-created goals. I will listen and provide support and guidance on your journey. I offer honesty, humor, and acceptance in a private environment. I enjoy teaching clients new skills, encouraging existing strengths and helping to facilitate inner healing.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I have a deep desire to help those who are hurting. Whether you are struggling with trauma, family issues, view of your self, God or others, parenting, relationship or personal challenges, there is hope. Wading through these difficulties can feel overwhelming. Thankfully healing and support are available and you do not have to go through your journey alone.
