What should a new client know about working with you?

I meet each client where they are at and encourages clients to develop and strengthen resources in their bodies to support their mental health. I enjoy working with all ages and provider group sessions as well as individual sessions. I use mindfulness, breath work, progressive muscle relaxation, and Thich Nhat Hanh's mindful movements. This helps people learn and practice practical strategies for feeling physically and mentally relaxed, decreasing stress, increasing body awareness, and strengthening the mind-body connection. I also help children develop spatial awareness, self-regulation strategies, affect awareness and regulation, and empathy by incorporating dance, music, drama, and play.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
