What is your typical process for working with clients?

The typical process includes establishing trust and a safe, supportive environment for each client and learning more about their history, symptoms, and goals. The next step is generally to focus on resourcing, improving self-understanding, diagnostic assessments, developing insight into behaviors, and building new skills and strategies for emotional regulation and coping with stressors. This is followed by moving into a deeper level of work to reprocess traumatic memories, map internal parts, and resolve limiting beliefs that might be contributing to maladaptive behaviors or blocking effective communication and success in life. The final stages include enhancing nervous system regulation, improving self-acceptance, and strengthening resiliency.
