It can stem from anxiety, depression, anger, conflict in relationships, past trauma, diminished self-esteem, adjustment-related concerns, or other current situations impeding your ability to function as your best self. I work with adolescents through senior adults. As a strengths-based therapist, my approach is to use solution-focused techniques to guide you in realizing the tools and skills you already possess to overcome the issues you are facing. My goal for everyone I encounter is to offer hope and healing along your journey of discovering a life of fulfillment and peace. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Florida, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients effectively. Taking that first step in asking for help can be the hardest step you ever take. I am here to walk the rest of the way with you, helping you identify and heal from the underlying causes of emotional, psychological, and relationship problems.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
