Rachel Given, LCSW

Psychotherapist
FL
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a trauma-informed, hands on, client-centered approach. I help individuals navigate challenges like addiction, PTSD, anxiety, self-esteem and relationship issues including co-dependency by creating a safe space to explore what’s underneath the pain. My goal is to support you in healing, building healthier coping skills, and creating a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentic. I intergrate evidence based modalities like CBT, DBT, and elements of EMDR to help clients process trauma at their own pace while building skills to manage triggers, reduce shame, and regulate overwhelming emotions. I'm also mindful of how trauma can affect relationships, trust, and the perosn's sense of identity so my approuch is always client centered. My client's can expect ongoing support that extends beyond our time together. If requested, I provide personalized worksheets or exercises to help reinforce what we are working on in therapy sessions. I also offer open email communication for check-ins or questions. My goal is to make sure you feel supported and connected, even outside of therapy.
