I will meet you where you are in life and set goals to move your life in a positive direction. My focus I have worked with a wide variety of clients, from teens to a 102-year-old female veteran. Therapy works best if you are ready for positive change and open to looking at struggles in your life in a new way. I will take time to get to know you and build rapport, and then start with setting goals together. My journey to mental healthcare I have worked as a social worker for 27 years in a variety of settings, including therapeutic work in clinical and in-home-based programs. I get a great sense of joy helping others and seeing their lives improve. My goals for you Your life journey has led you to where you are now. We will process what is working for you and things you want to work on, and develop a plan together. Goals should be realistic and attainable and of value to you. My first session with you A first session is a starting place where you get to know my therapeutic style and I learn about your journey and things you want to work on in therapy.
