Rachel earned her Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing from Purdue University and her Master of Social Work from the University of Indianapolis. Since beginning her clinical practice in 2020, she has remained committed to helping clients strengthen their relationship with themselves while building resilience and self-compassion.
