Getting to know Rachel Iroff
My name is Rachel Iroff, LCSW. I earned my Master of Social Work with a trauma certification from the University of Tennessee in 2018 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am DBT trained and certified, trained in Teepa Snow’s GEMS model for dementia, and trained in the Zero Suicide harm reduction model. My clinical experience spans inpatient behavioral health, outpatient PHP/IOP programming, correctional settings, and nonprofit individual therapy, where I have worked with clients as young as six through adulthood.
Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with complex presentations, including personality disorders, trauma responses, psychosis, chronic depression, acute anxiety, and significant safety concerns. I also work with Dissociative Identity Disorder and dual diagnosis presentations. While I am not licensed to treat primary substance use disorders, I am experienced in supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance-related concerns.
