I'm passionate about working with children, adolescents, and young adults — and I consider it a true privilege to be a part of someone's healing journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, body image challenges, a major life transition, or simply a season of life that feels harder than expected, I want you to know that you don't have to figure it out alone. Life has a way of throwing a lot at us all at once, and sometimes we just need a space to slow down, make sense of what we're feeling, and find a path forward that actually feels right. That's exactly what I aim to provide. From our very first session, my goal is for you to feel genuinely heard, deeply valued, and fully supported — not just as a client, but as a whole person with a unique story, set of strengths, and vision for your own life.

Getting to know Rachel Kruman

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is a strong, trusting relationship. I work hard to create an environment that feels warm, welcoming, and free of judgment — a place where you can show up exactly as you are and feel safe doing so. My style is collaborative and authentic. I'm not here to hand you a script or tell you who to be. I'm here to walk alongside you, ask the right questions, and help you uncover the insights and tools that are already within you. Together, we'll explore the patterns and behaviors that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your coping strategies, build emotional resilience, and develop skills that support growth not just in our sessions — but in your everyday life. I draw on a range of evidence-informed approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to help shift unhelpful thought patterns and build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself and the world around you. That said, I never take a one-size-fits-all approach — every person I work with is unique, and I tailor everything we do to fit your individual needs, goals, and pace. At the heart of everything I do is a genuine belief in your strength and your capacity to heal. No matter what you've been through or where you're starting from, I believe that growth is always possible — and that everyone deserves the opportunity to become the best version of themselves. It would be an honor to be part of that journey with you.
