We don't accept insurance, but we do offer out-of-network benefits. We may adjust our fees based on income level and provide sliding scale options and packages. I am a psychotherapist working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, providing both short-term and long-term psychotherapy. I hold a Master's in Social Work from New York University. For twenty-two years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals and couples heal, reach their full potential, and enjoy life more fully. I work with my clients to help them achieve intimacy and fulfillment in their relationships. My approach is humanistic and very interactive, as I know that actively offering feedback and guidance without judgment is important to the healing process. I'm multilingual and trained in Imago Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mediation, enabling me to integrate various modalities to help individuals and couples evolve and enrich their relationships and lives. I am also certified in Critical Incident Stress Management and have worked for over 20 years as a consultant and trainer for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. During periods of crisis, I provide on-site group and individual counseling to employees and managers on grief, trauma, and work-related issues. Currently, I provide virtual/video counseling to my clients using HIPAA-compliant platforms. We are currently running Anger Management Support Groups and Divorce Recovery Groups.

What should a new client know about working with you?

What is your typical process for working with clients?
