I am a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor's degree in psychology (2016) and the University of Alabama with a master's degree in social work. My background is in hospice and healthcare, giving me extensive experience working with anticipatory grief and bereavement, aging, and terminal illness. In recent years, my private practice has also become highly focused on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), general anxiety, and depression. My goal is to help you visualize your life and obstacles through a strengths-based lens, paired with the support of solution-focused tools and traditional behavioral therapies. I want my clients to feel heard as they share their life story and empowered to see their inherent goodness while making tangible change where possible. I am a firm believer that we are all just humans trying our best.
