More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

This was my first time attending therapy and it went great. She was attentive and gave me tools to use outside on my own. I wanted to rebook but she has no more availability :( I wish I would’ve known this before starting

Rachel is kind and jumped right into helping my spouse and I. She took detailed notes and forced us to think critically about what we really want out of couple's therapy. I can not wait to see the progress she is supporting for us.

This visit exceeded my expectations. Very comfortable, as if i had this therapist before but in the most positive way. i’m looking forward to my next appointment.

Rachel is an amazing listener. She’s able to go back after i babble b on for sometime and get back to the beginning of what we were talking about to address the things that I discussed during that time. She keeps things simple, she makes a great deal of sense, she supportive. She’s receptive. She gives awesome direction and she’s real life stuff.

My first session was very easy, was nervous, but Rachel made me feel comfortable real quick . Great listener and communication!!

Rachel addressed everything from my grief, depression, my son’s addiction as well as the disease process of addiction in the first visit. Made me comfortable to fully disclose what I needed to say, and initiated homework with the direction I was hoping address in later sessions. She is very helpful and yet keeps things real in a supportive way.

While I appreciated the therapist’s feedback, I felt that a significant portion of the session was spent on personal anecdotes rather than addressing my concerns. Nearly half of the session was occupied by discussions about her pets and home, which left me feeling that my time was not well utilized—especially given the cost. Unfortunately, I did not gain meaningful insight or progress from this experience. For those seeking tangible change within a 3–6 month timeframe, I would not recommend this therapist, as the approach seems drawn out and less focused on client needs.

Very glad I found this clinic. Efficient booking for virtual appointments that made the whole process seamless. Rachel is a rockstar and I’m excited to keep working with her!
