Getting to know Rachel Rosales

I am a licensed professional counselor with a Master's in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School. I have experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and inpatient settings. Additionally, I spent over two and a half years in an outpatient applied behavioral analysis (ABA) clinic, supporting neurodivergent individuals of all ages. I primarily work from a CBT and ACT framework. My background across inpatient and outpatient settings has allowed me to explore a wide range of evidence-based therapies with patients from diverse backgrounds. It is an honor and a privilege to help people work toward the life they want to live. Through our collaborative work, change is possible, and I will do my best to guide you on your journey. A few of my personal hobbies include reading, origami, and embroidery.
