Hi! My name is Rachel, and I am currently licensed in Illinois with 8 years of professional work experience. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Southern California. As a military spouse, I have had the opportunity to live in multiple states around the country, and these experiences have helped make me a well-rounded individual :) I have helped many clients with a wide range of issues and disorders, from anxiety and depression to adjusting to life changes, self-esteem, confidence, and everything in between. I have experience working with diverse populations across the country and specialized in the military and veteran communities while in school. My clinical style can best be described as eclectic, as I pull from several different modalities while working with clients. I also believe in treating everyone with dignity, respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
