We used an evidence-based approach to therapy, creating a safe therapeutic relationship for you to begin or continue your healing. This is a time to create space for healing and growth with research-based interventions. Are you finding it tough to manage painful emotions or challenging patterns in yourself or your relationships? At Schell Therapy, we use a trauma-informed approach to support each person and couple. Our evidence-based methods help create a safe and welcoming space for you to start or continue your healing journey. We use research-backed interventions to foster healing and growth. Our team is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. We’re licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware and here to support you every step of the way!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Get in Touch: Reach out to schedule our first session. Initial Chat: In our first meeting, we’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, your goals, and how I can support you. Create a Plan: Based on our discussion, we’ll craft a personalized plan with goals and strategies just for you. Regular Sessions: We’ll meet regularly to work on your plan, address any new issues, and make adjustments as needed. I’m here to provide ongoing support. Review and Adjust: We’ll periodically check in on your progress and adjust our approach to ensure you’re getting the most benefit from our time together. I’m here to support you throughout this journey!
