Psychotherapist

If you’re looking for relief from anxiety, overthinking, relationship struggles and lack of fulfillment- you’re in the right place! It’s extremely important for me to provide clients with a comfortable and non-judgmental space. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to change the way clients relate to their thoughts and uncomfortable emotions, become more present in their lives and set goals that make life valuable. I use The Gottman Method to work with couples on deepening their connection and improving communication. I use exposure and Response prevention (ERP) to decrease anxiety and compulsions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As an anxiety therapist and couples therapist in PA with 12 years of experience, I work with clients with depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, relationship struggles, and substance use. I view therapy as a partnership where your unique values guide our work together. I’ve been told by clients I provide warmth and empathy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

It would be an honor to chat with you and see if we’d be a good fit. It takes bravery to take a first step for your mental health and relationships. I know how challenging it can be to take that leap, but I can answer any questions you may have. I like to have a 15-minute consultation before moving forward with an intake. Feel free to schedule an appointment on ZocDoc, and then I will reach out to call or email you about specifics.
