What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment where they feel heard and respected. I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves and actively involved in the process. My goal is to help clients build practical coping skills, improve self-awareness, and make progress toward their personal goals at a pace that feels manageable and supportive. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a safe space where clients can openly discuss challenges without judgment. Together, we will work to identify strengths, develop healthier patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. During our first sessions, we will spend time getting to know one another, discussing your concerns, exploring your personal history, and identifying what you hope to gain from therapy. Sessions are designed to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can openly process emotions, challenges, relationships, stressors, and life transitions. Together, we will identify patterns, build coping skills, improve communication, and develop practical strategies to support emotional wellness and personal growth.
