Getting to know Rachel Steinberg

I have worked with many adolescents, adults, and families across the U.S. for the last 7+ years to help create a more peaceful and content life. I have a particular interest in supporting people as they work on their relationships with family members, coworkers, significant others, and others. Additionally, I am skilled at working with individuals who are unsure if they need or want to change. I believe that anyone can benefit from therapy and that choosing to attend the first session is a win in and of itself-even if someone else signed you up for it! I hold a Master's in Social Work from Brigham Young University, which has equipped me with the tools to provide compassionate and effective care. When I am not being a therapist, I like to hang out with friends, paint-by-number, and read. Also, I look up phrases I don't understand in the Urban Dictionary-Gen Z, I see you.
