Rachel Suddarth, LCMHC

Rachel Suddarth, LCMHC

Psychotherapist
NC
I've been a licensed therapist (LCMHC) since 2010. I am a certified trauma therapist with 15 years experience, as well as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider. In recent years I have worked more closely with teens and adults who identify as neurodivergent (e.g., ADHD, AuDHD, autism spectrum). Another passion includes working closely with mothers who are experiencing birth-related trauma, postpartum anxiety/depression, as well as perimenopause. As a neurodivergent therapist, I can offer you a combination of years of clinical training, along with genuine understanding/compassion for your experiences. I've been told that my ability to understand neurodiversity from personal and professional perspective allows me to offer others a sense of acceptance and safety that can be difficult to find elsewhere.
