I can help you feel confident in communicating, setting boundaries, making choices, facing uncertainty, and moving through difficult situations. I'll help you gain understanding of yourself and your challenges, guiding you through clear ways to create the life you seek, find peace in relationships, and love yourself. You've survived the hardest parts of your story-now it's time to reclaim your voice, your confidence, and your joy. Let's heal the past and create the life you crave. Please reach out today for a free consultation! I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I offer teletherapy and in-person sessions on an as-needed and available basis. I would love to hear about how I can help you. Schedule a free call so we can chat and hopefully get you on the schedule. Whatever you are going through, I believe there is hope, and you don't have to go through it alone.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My warm approach focuses on building a genuine relationship where clients can share their struggles, find support, and gain clear direction on how to move forward. We work as a team to reach their goals. I adopt a holistic approach and enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds and beliefs. I often use CBT, CFT, EMDR, IFS, and inner child work.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session will be an intake where I get to know more about you and how I can help you. From there sessions will be about your goals that I can help you determine, or what might be more pressing for you from the previous week. I will work to help you get what you want out of therapy, while providing genuine support and care.
