HI
Hi there, I'm Rachel! Hi, I'm Rachel Wallick. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I work with young adults and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions. I am eclectic, pulling from multiple approaches to help you gain insight into yourself—mind and body—to feel empowered to heal and reach your goals. My approach Curiosity and compassion are key in our work together—before diving into approaches, we explore why you are here, what led to this place, and compassionately find a way forward. I draw from a person-centered approach—you are the expert in your own life. I use Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My focus I am most comfortable working with adults 18+ facing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, performance anxiety, career change, or life transitions. You may have a history of trauma, ADHD, or limiting beliefs and want to align your brain and body. I work well with clients exploring identity, healing the past to create a new future, improving relationships, or redefining who they are in a new life chapter. My communication style I am warm, engaging, and authentic—easy to talk to. I ensure you feel understood and heard, building trust and a strong foundation. Once we know each other, I can be direct to foster open communication and overcome barriers. I educate clients every step to better understand mental health and skills to carry for life. You set the pace and topic—this is YOUR session!
