What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in CBT, Narrative and coping skills. I have a certificate in Play Therapy and love working with those theories and skills with people of all ages. I believe that action creates change, and I expect my clients to continue to work on themselves outside of our sessions. I have a more laid-back style of therapy, often using humor in my sessions.
