What should a new client know about working with you?

I work best with thoughtful, curious adults who look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. My goal is for therapy to feel warm, fully collaborative, authentic, and dynamic. I am a proud LGBTQ+ ally and I specialize in supporting adults who are neurodivergent, experiencing burnout, life transitions, struggling with perfectionism and self-doubt, or exploring their relationship with religion or overall identity.
