What should a new client know about working with you?

Sometimes clients can feel stuck and struggle to navigate mental health concerns that are often predicated on their subsequent struggle to live life on life’s terms. I am a therapist who does not believe in a one size fits all model rather I place emphasis on the importance of the therapeutic relationship and cultivating change utilizing a strength-based approach. Racine is a licensed mental health therapist and masters certified addictions professional specializing with various populations including the LGBTQI+ community, those with legal involvement and other forensic needs, active military and veterans, and first responders and public safety personnel.
