“The whole procedure was not smooth. The provider was excellent but the background service was terrible no one sent me any information on how to start this visit and I was left with a bunch of dead ends at my appointment time. I phoned the office twice and was sent to a recording that the office was closed today. I tried to contact you three times, each time I got the same recording. It was very frustrating I’m glad the provider called me directly and was able to proceed. Hope this doesn’t happen again. If it does I’ll be looking for a new provider. ?”
